Order

You can place an order online at www.pottingsheduk.com or by telephone 01625585819 or visit us in person, you may like to check availability of stock before travelling any distance.

Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 10am – 5pm. Please have your order details ready, product description and size.

If you have placed your order on-line, we will shortly afterwards send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have a record of your order details. An email order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet the requirements of your order.

Delivery

Subject to stock availability, we aim to deliver your order within 5 to 10 working days. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item please contact The Potting Shed by telephone on 01625585819 or email info@pottingsheduk.com quoting your order reference number. We will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, or, if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Postage and packing charges. These are for the UK only for overseas deliveries please email or telephone for a quote.

Prices

We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full. All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details. Unless previously advised, a signature will be required upon receipt of the parcel(s).

Payment

You can pay on-line with any of the following credit/debit cards: Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo or Delta debit card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet. Orders placed by phone and paid for by credit or debit card will only be processed once payment has been received and cleared.

Returns

We believe that you will be very happy with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us at your cost within 7 days, in the same condition that it was delivered and packed in its original packaging, for a refund or replacement. if the product is not in fully saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace them. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Unwanted Goods

You may cancel your order for any reason at any time up to and including 7 days from the date of delivery of your order provided you have taken reasonable care of the products. We will require you to pay for the return postage of the goods. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).

Our responsibility

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong. You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and using this web site you agree to reimburse us for any loss that you cause us as a result of any such misuse. We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control. We will use the information which you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
